Smart Education is currently recruiting for a full-time EYFS SEN Teacher for a permanent position starting on 5th January within a specialist educational setting in the Stratford-upon-Avon area.

• Experience in EYFS and/or SEND settings (PMLD, ASD or non-verbal experience desirable)

• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families and external professionals
• Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Deliver high-quality EYFS provision tailored to pupils with complex needs
• Plan and deliver personalised, play-based and sensory learning
• Create a nurturing, stimulating and safe classroom environment
• Promote early communication, independence and emotional development
• Work closely with support staff and external specialists
• Contribute positively to the ethos and values of the setting
